All F's are presumed to be sharped and all B's natural unless marked.
In the key of G Major the dominant 7th or flated 7th tone of the G major
scale is F natural. The minor 3rd is B flat.
These are called
accidentals.
Although no accident - they add surprize or resolution to a progression.
Technically G Minor is the relative minor of the Key of Bb although that
needs to be established by starting in or modulating the progression
into Bb for that to be true, otherwise it is a passing chord.
